Chelsea Nyomi

Chelsea Nyomi is a visual storyteller who uses film, photography, creative direction, and graphic design to express her artistic vision. Through non-fiction storytelling, she explores the topics of culture, artistic identity, creativity, human connection, and is highly interested in the connectivity of the world through art. As a current graduate student at Ryerson University in the Documentary Media program, her research explores the identities of 1.5 and 1st-generation Canadians through her project titled ‘Cultured Reflections’. She has a diploma from Humber College in Broadcast Television & Videography (2020) and a BScH in Life Sciences from Queen’s University (2018).
