Yasmin Evering-Kerr is a proud Toronto native. Born and raised in the cultural mosaic of the GTA, she uses her roots to inspire her artistry. A recent graduate of Film Studies at Brock University, she is currently finishing up her post-graduate diploma at Sheridan College in the Advanced Film and Television. She is a passionate storyteller who frequently addresses issues of race and gender in her films.
